MAMAs Do! Renewable Energy

MAMAs member Becky Diffen recently joined the Austin office of McGuireWoods LLP, where she will continue to focus her practice on energy transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and project development. She represents developers, private equity firms, investment banks, and a variety of other public and private companies in the renewable energy, energy storage, and power generation industries on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, development projects, and project finance. She also has experience advising clients on Texas regulatory law. Becky was formerly at Vinson & Elkins, and she is also an adjunct professor at UT where she teaches a seminar on electric power law.
