Like many of us, Hoang has many interests beyond being a dedicated contracts and procurement attorney for the Texas Education Agency, a devoted wife and mother, and a proud member of the Mother Attorney Mentoring Association. MAMAs member Becky Diffen recently joined the Austin office of McGuireWoods LLP, where she will continue to focus her practice on energy transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and project development. She represents developers, private equity firms, investment banks, and a variety of other public and private companies in the renewable energy, energy storage, and power generation industries on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, development projects, and project finance.
